The five Eastern Caribbean citizenship programs are moving toward a shared post-citizenship presence rule under regional regulation. Antigua and Barbuda already requires a short visit within the first five years. A longer regional stay — often described as 30 days within five years — has been agreed in principle and is being written into national law. It should not be treated as already in force in every program. Confirm the rule that applies to the filing date before any funds are committed.
