No client relationship
Using this website, submitting the contact form or using the program matcher does not create a client relationship with CIPS or with Adam Blum. A relationship begins only when a written retainer has been signed by both parties.
Figures and program information
Investment amounts shown are headline starting points published by the relevant government or program authority. They are not all-in costs. Government fees, due diligence charges, professional fees, taxes and family composition change the total. Program rules, thresholds, processing times and eligibility requirements change without notice, and applications are subject to government review, due diligence and approval.
Destination-country work
Adam Blum is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and may represent clients on Canadian matters within the scope of that licence. Legal, tax and investment work in a destination country is carried out by qualified professionals licensed in that country. CIPS coordinates that work; it does not provide it.
